Descripción de la oferta
Summary Inviziquill is a marketing agency specialising in Ghostwriting. We ghostwrite content for LinkedIn and email. We are a team of 5, rapidly expanding. We are seeking a marketing manager/customer success manager for our social media marketing agency. Role Objectives: To own full operational execution across the agency including scheduling, automations, technical troubleshooting, project tracking, and client reporting. To be the single point of accountability for every deliverable, across every client, hitting scope and deadline without needing to be chased. To keep the client projects running so smoothly that it requires minimal output from the founder. Responsibilities Scheduling: Own scheduling of all newsletters and LinkedIn content across every client account, without errors or delays. Automations & technical: Build and maintain email automations, landing pages, and troubleshoot technical issues (deliverability, broken links, formatting) independently. Visual/content support: Create supporting visuals (carousels, course uploads) as needed. Project tracking: Maintain a live tracker/project board across all clients — status visible without anyone needing to ask. Chasing: Proactively follow up with the Writer (and Mohammed, where relevant) on anything at risk of slipping, before it becomes a missed deadline. Reporting: Compile and send client analytics reports on the agreed cadence — opens, clicks, growth, engagement — with a short plain-English narrative on what's working. Escalation: Flag anything client-facing that needs Mohammed's or the Writer's judgment (a strategic question, a tense client moment) rather than attempting to handle it themselves. Non-Negotiable Values Reliability above all — can deliver consistently, week in, week out to the same, high standard Proactive ownership — chases people and flags risk before being asked, never waits for a deadline to pass. High attention to detail — errors here are client-facing and costly. The ideal candidate must be: - Willing to work for a fast paced start-up - A people person who enjoys building and maintaining customer relationships - Exceptionally organised and able to keep on top of 5-7 client projects simultaneously - Proactive in solving problems and anticipating issues before they arise - Have the capacity to work 4-5 hours a day, in UK working hours - Have experience of working in social media/marketing management, preferably for an agency Compensation & Time Starting - roughly 30-50 hours per month.
