I am starting the foundation work for a marriage garden on Raisen-Vidisha Road and need a reliable crew that can jump in immediately. We are at the foundation-laying stage, so every task has to be solid, square, and fast. Here’s what I specifically need right now: • Masons and brick layers who can keep a straight line under pressure and deliver consistent joints for load-bearing walls. • Welders comfortable fabricating and fixing structural members on site so we can tie the steel framework in parallel with the masonry. • Heavy workers for continuous lifting, shifting, and staging of bricks, sand, cement, and reinforcement without slowing the line. Key tasks you’ll handle from day one include: laying bricks to grade, welding the initial steel cages and plates, and moving raw materials to keep mixers and masons supplied. If you bring your own basic tools it will speed us up, otherwise let me know your requirements in advance so I can arrange them on site. Worksite is accessible by truck, materials are already stockpiled, and we pour the first footing this week, so punctuality is critical.
