Results should feel instant, with sorting and saved-search options. • Secure in-app messaging lets matched users chat without exchanging personal numbers. Read receipts, ice-breaker templates and the ability to control who can message are all expected. Deliverables 1. iOS and Android apps (React Native, Flutter or native—open to recommendations) plus a lightweight admin web portal. 2. Fully documented REST or GraphQL API, ready for future integrations. 3. Database schema supporting scalable profile data, images and match logic. 4.
