I need a complete CAD drawing package for a new residential build in Maui County, Hawaiʻi. The end goal is straightforward: obtain county permit approval without delays. The set has to cover the full scope—floor plans, elevations, sections, a properly scaled site plan, electrical layouts, and any other details the county typically requests (energy compliance notes, schedules, legends, details, etc.). I’ll supply the survey, sketches, and any program notes I already have; you turn them into a coordinated, professional permit set delivered in both PDF (ready for upload) and editable DWG. Additionally, I will provide a full set of rough plans as a reference to guide the final architectural plans.
