# Media & PR Outreach Specialist Required (One-Off Project) We are looking for an experienced **Media & PR Outreach Specialist** to help launch our UK business organisation through targeted media outreach. **This is a one-off fixed-price project**, with the potential for future work if successful. **Please note:** We will write and approve all press releases and news articles ourselves. We are **not** looking for copywriting or content creation. ## Your Role We require someone to: * Research and build a database of relevant UK media contacts. * Identify journalists, editors and publications relevant to our business sector. * Research business magazines, trade publications, online news websites, blogs and regional business media. * Professionally distribute our press releases and news stories. * Personalise outreach emails where appropriate. * Follow up with media contacts. * Keep a record of all submissions and responses. * Provide a final report detailing where our news has been submitted and any responses or coverage received. ## Important * We will provide all press releases and content. * We are looking for targeted outreach, **not mass email marketing**. * We are interested in quality publications relevant to UK businesses. * Any media database created during the project will become our property. ## Experience Required Please only apply if you have: * Previous experience with media outreach or PR distribution. * Experience promoting UK businesses. * Excellent communication skills. * Examples of previous successful media outreach campaigns. ## When Applying Please Include 1.
