We need the vendors for our medical billing projects , minnum 5 peooles in this team Medical Billing Data Entry Executive – Job Description **Job Role:** Medical Billing Data Entry Executive **Process:** USA Insurance Claims Data Entry Job Responsibilities: * Enter patient and insurance details from USA medical claim forms into the system * Capture information such as patient name, insurance name, address, insurance ID, DOB, and claim details * Verify data accuracy before submission * Maintain proper quality and productivity during the process * Follow client guidelines and data confidentiality standards Required Skills: * Good typing speed and accuracy * Basic computer knowledge * Attention to detail * Ability to work with repetitive data entry tasks * Basic understanding of English reading and typing ### Qualification: * Any Degree / Diploma * Freshers and experienced candidates can apply Work Requirements: * Accuracy is mandatory * Ability to handle medical billing data carefully * Basic knowledge of MS Excel and system handling preferred Preferred: * Candidates with data entry or medical billing experience will have added advantage Medical Billing Data Entry Project – Terms & Conditions Project Overview * Medical Billing Data Entry project with 9 different form categories available. * Each user will be provided access based on client requirements. * Categories may include Dental, Orthopedic, Skin Care, 24/7 Healthcare and other healthcare-related specialties. * Users will log in to the required category as assigned by the client. Shift Timings * Morning Shift: 6:30 AM – 2:00 PM * General Shift: As per project allocation * Night Shift: As per project allocation * Weekly Off: Sunday and Monday (Fixed) Earnings & Performance * Expected monthly earnings: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per user. * Earnings are target and performance-based. * Monthly payouts may vary depending on productivity, accuracy, attendance, and client volume. Billing & Payment Cycle * Monthly calculation period: 20th to 20th of the following month. * Example: * Work Period: May 20 – June 20 * Invoice Submission: June 20 – June 30 * Payment Release: July 5 – July 10 * Payments will be processed as per the client payment cycle without unnecessary delays. Training & Assessment * Training attendance is mandatory for all selected candidates. * Training duration: 6–7 days. * Upon successful completion of training, an assessment/examination will be conducted. * User IDs and live project access will be provided only to candidates who clear the assessment. Confidentiality & Compliance * Medical billing involves sensitive healthcare information. * User IDs, passwords, client details, process documents, screenshots, and project data must not be shared with any third party. * Unauthorized sharing of project information will result in immediate termination of access. * All users must comply with healthcare data privacy and client confidentiality requirements. Additional Clauses 1. Accuracy and quality standards must be maintained at all times. 2. Attendance during training and production is mandatory. 3. Repeated quality errors may result in retraining or removal from the project. 4. Client requirements, targets, and workflows may change based on business needs. 5. Users are expected to maintain professionalism and follow all project guidelines. 6. Any misuse of login credentials or project data will lead to immediate disqualification. 7. The company reserves the right to modify project terms, shifts, targets, or operational requirements based on client instructions. Important Note This is a healthcare-related project. Data security, confidentiality, and compliance are mandatory. Failure to adhere to these requirements may result in immediate removal from the project and legal action if applicable.
