Summary Job Type: Full-time (40 hours/week) Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM EST (Optional weekend shifts available) Job Overview We are looking for a highly skilled Medicare Representative to join our team. If you have extensive experience in Medicare sales/Medicare customer service, exceptional English communication skills, and a bulletproof home office setup, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound/inbound calls with prospects to assess Medicare eligibility and options. Present, promote, and sell Medicare products clearly and accurately while complying with CMS and industry regulations. Maintain high conversion rates and document customer interactions accurately in our CRM. Requirements I am looking for a person who has the relevant experience for this role Experience: Minimum 3 years of direct hands-on phone experience in Medicare (non-negotiable). Work Ethic: Punctual, self-motivated, and capable of holding standard US business hours (EST). Mandatory Technical & System Requirements Because this is a high-volume live calling role, high system reliability is strictly enforced: High-Speed Internet: Minimum 100 Mbps download and 50 Mbps upload speeds (Ethernet connection required). Power Backup: Mandatory UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) or generator to ensure zero downtime during local power outages. Internet Backup: A reliable secondary backup connection (e.g., secondary ISP, cellular hotspot) with the same internet minimums that are required. Note: Continuous uptime is critical to this role. Power or internet outages happening more than once are grounds for immediate contract termination.
