My MERN application is running smoothly, but every new contributor still spends too long figuring out how to get started. I need a clear, developer-focused user manual that lays out, step-by-step, how to work with the existing MongoDB, Express, React and Node codebase. Here is what I expect to receive: • Installation and setup – a guide that takes a fresh machine from zero to a working local environment, including required versions of Node, npm/yarn, MongoDB (or Docker), environment variables and the exact start commands. • Code structure and modules – an annotated walk-through of the project folders, major Express routes, React containers/components, shared utilities and any Mongoose models so a developer can quickly locate where to add or change features. • Troubleshooting and debugging – common build/run errors, tips for using the project’s current logging strategy, and suggested VS Code / Chrome DevTools or nodemon workflows to trace issues. Please write the manual in Markdown so it is easy to keep with the repository. Concise inline code snippets, terminal outputs and screenshots are welcome where they clarify a point. By the end, a new developer should be able to clone the repo, launch the full stack and start editing code without external assistance. THis is running app we need to document it
