We're looking for a Meta Ads specialist (USA-based, preferably) with recent, hands-on experience generating leads for local cleaning businesses in the US market, specifically: Residential cleaning — window cleaning, solar panel cleaning, maid/house cleaning, pressure washing Home service contractors and local service businesses This is lead generation, not ecommerce, and not brand awareness. The goal is qualified inquiries, booked calls, or messaging conversations — not cheap clicks. What We Care About Real-world Meta Ads experience for local cleaning and home service businesses Understanding of skeptical, hands-on SMB owners (contractors who are on jobsites, not at desks) Ability to improve, challenge, or replace existing funnels Results-driven thinking — quality of lead over volume of clicks Experience with lead forms, Messenger/conversation ads, and speed-to-lead delivery is a plus You do not need to follow our exact funnel or offer. We want insight, not obedience.
