We are looking for an experienced Meta Ads Manager to manage and optimise four existing client accounts on an ongoing monthly basis. Client Industries: - Air Conditioning - Car Detailing - Pest Control - Flooring This role is best suited for someone with proven experience running Facebook and Instagram lead generation campaigns for local service businesses. Scope of Work: - Manage and optimise Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram - Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven improvements - Create, test, and refine audiences - A/B test creatives, copy, offers, and campaign structures - Optimise budgets for lead generation and cost per lead - Identify wasted spend and improve lead quality - Provide weekly performance updates - Recommend improvements to campaigns, creatives, landing pages, and tracking where needed Requirements: - Proven Meta Ads experience for local service businesses - Strong understanding of lead generation campaigns - Experience with Meta Business Manager and Ads Manager - Ability to analyse campaign data and improve performance - Experience improving CPL, lead volume, lead quality, or conversion rate - Strong English communication - Reliable and available for ongoing monthly work Nice to Have: - Experience with home services, trades, HVAC, pest control, automotive services, flooring, cleaning, roofing, landscaping, or similar industries - Experience with Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, lead forms, landing pages, and retargeting - Experience managing multiple client accounts - Experience providing simple weekly reports Important: We are looking for a reliable long-term Meta Ads specialist, not a one-time campaign setup. No fake leads, fake traffic, fake engagement, misleading ads, policy bypassing, or low-quality automated campaign setups. All work must follow Meta Ads policies and Freelancer.com policies.
