Seeking Experienced Meta Ads Specialist (B2B Lead Gen for Agency & AI Receptionist / Smart Websites) Project Description: We run an agency serving home service contractors (plumbers, HVAC, roofers, electricians, etc.) across the USA. We build and manage custom AI Agents (such as 24/7 AI phone receptionists) paired with high-converting smart websites. We are looking for a sharp, results-driven Meta Ads Specialist (Facebook & Instagram) to set up, scale, and manage our direct-response B2B lead generation campaigns to sign up local contractor clients. What You Will Be Doing Campaign Setup & Strategy: Structuring and launching direct-response ad sets targeting US-based home service business owners. Ad Creative & Copy Testing: Testing hooks, visual creatives (1:1, 4:5), and angle strategies that convert busy contractors. Optimization & Scaling: Daily monitoring, managing cost per lead (CPL), and scaling winning ad sets efficiently. Requirements (Please Read Before Applying) 1. Proven Niche Experience: You MUST have direct experience running Meta Ads specifically targeting local US home service contractors or B2B home-services agency offers. 2.
