The freelancer will be responsible for building, launching, and optimizing Facebook/Instagram campaigns, maintaining a target CPA of $3.50–$5.00, and scaling monthly ad spend starting from $30,000+. Key deliverables include campaign audits, strategy planning, creative testing, audience research, daily optimization, tracking reviews, and performance reporting. This is a long-term partnership with compensation set at 10% of monthly ad spend (minimum $3,000+/month). All work must comply with authorized advertising access policies.
