Meta & Google Ads Expert Needed for Long-Term Partnership (Prop Trading Challenge site) We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and scale our advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. Our platform offers prop trading challenges for traders worldwide. We are looking for someone who understands lead generation, conversion optimization, and long-term account growth. What You'll Do - Create and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns. - Optimize campaigns for high-quality conversions and ROI. - Perform audience research and competitor analysis. - Set up and improve conversion tracking (Pixel, GA4, Google Tag Manager, etc.). - Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copy, and landing pages. - Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining efficiency. - Provide weekly performance reports and recommendations. Requirements - Proven experience managing Meta and Google Ads with real results. - Experience with lead generation or fintech/trading/finance-related campaigns is a strong advantage. - Strong understanding of GA4, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking. - Ability to optimize campaigns based on data. - Excellent communication and proactive problem-solving.
