This project covers a complete, end-to-end build of our Meta Business ecosystem and finishes with a clean hand-over so my team can run day-to-day activity without outside help. Objective My single, measurable goal is to generate qualified leads. Every element you configure—from Business Manager structure to pixel events—needs to funnel toward that outcome. Scope of work • Set up Business Manager from scratch, including verifying the domain, connecting our Facebook Page and Instagram account, and organising user roles. • Build a catalog and align it with our lead-gen funnel where relevant. • Configure pixel analytics (and, if needed, the Conversions API) so all key events for lead generation are tracked accurately in both Ads Manager and our analytics stack. • Create the first wave of ad campaigns inside Ads Manager. Copy and creative assets are ready; you simply need to map them into campaigns, ad sets, and ads, apply tracking parameters, and ensure consistency across placements. Handover requirements • A concise SOP or screen-record walkthrough that shows how everything is wired together, including how to duplicate the campaign structure for future tests. • Access levels properly assigned so internal staff can manage, but ownership stays with the business. • A quick performance-check list (e.g., event diagnostics, audience size sanity check) so we can confirm data is flowing before you sign off. Acceptance criteria The build is considered complete once: 1. Pixel fires and matches in Event Manager without critical errors. 2. Test lead submits via ad preview reach our CRM. 3. All assigned staff log in and see the correct assets and permissions. Preferred tools & settings Meta Business Manager, Ads Manager, Commerce Manager, Facebook Pixel, optional Conversion API, WhatsApp API and Google Tag Assistant for validation (if you already work with it). Timeline is flexible but I’d like the full setup and video walkthrough delivered within one week of project start.
