We are looking for an experienced Meta Business Suite specialist to help us correctly configure our Meta ecosystem. Currently, we are unable to connect our WhatsApp Business account to our Meta Business account, which is preventing us from using important features such as WhatsApp integration with Facebook and Instagram. Scope of Work The selected freelancer will be responsible for: * Diagnosing the current Meta Business Manager setup. * Identifying why our WhatsApp Business account cannot be attached to our Meta account. * Properly connecting the WhatsApp Business account with Meta Business Manager. * Verifying Business Manager assets and permissions. * Configuring the required Facebook Page, Instagram account, and WhatsApp Business integration. * Ensuring the setup follows Meta's best practices. * Providing a brief walkthrough of the changes made. Requirements * Proven experience with Meta Business Suite and Meta Business Manager. * Experience with WhatsApp Business integration and Meta Business Platform. * Familiarity with Business Verification, asset ownership, and permissions. * Ability to troubleshoot existing Meta account configuration issues. * Good communication and availability for a quick screen-sharing session if required. Deliverables * Successful integration of our WhatsApp Business account with our Meta Business account. * All assets correctly connected and functioning. * Documentation or a short explanation of the final setup. Please Include in Your Proposal * Similar Meta Business or WhatsApp integration projects you have completed. * Your approach to diagnosing this issue. * Estimated time required to complete the setup. This is expected to be a quick troubleshooting and configuration project for someone with relevant experience. We are looking to start immediately.
