I run a Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions travel agency and I’m ready to take our operations mobile. My priority is to streamline the way we handle booking and scheduling while giving clients a smooth, two-way communication channel directly in the app. I’m looking for a development partner who can start with a blank sheet, listen to how our corporate travel, incentive trips, meetings and group tours work today, and then translate that knowledge into an intuitive Android + iOS application backed by a web-based admin portal. I need guidance on a clean UI/UX that aligns with our brand, and a solid architecture that leaves room for future enhancements. Core scope • Discovery and recommendations: audit our current workflows, suggest the feature set and tech stack best suited to our goals. • Product design: UX flows, high-fidelity UI screens and an interactive prototype for stakeholder sign-off. • Development: cross-platform mobile app plus a secure admin console where my team can manage itineraries, client profiles, notifications and analytics. • Integrations: real-time booking engine, push/email confirmations and in-app chat so clients can reach us instantly. • Launch & support: deployment to App Store and Google Play, full documentation, and post-launch maintenance.
