I’m developing a 30-acre recreational property that will operate partly as an Airbnb and event destination. The centerpiece is a 60' × 120' barndominium, and I need a Michigan-licensed civil engineer who can handle both the full site layout and the paperwork required for a special-use permit. Site & utility plan • Locate the barndominium, driveway, guest parking and turn-arounds on our rolling acreage. • Lay out septic, drainage, storm-water management, and well placement so the county health department signs off without revisions. • Produce Michigan-stamped drawings ready for township review and submission. Permitting support Our township requires engineered drawings as part of the special-use application. I’ll lean on you to answer reviewers’ questions, incorporate any requested tweaks, and see the plans through to final approval. Barndominium design In addition to the civil work, I’m looking for complete architectural design and layout of the 60' × 120' structure—interior flow, exterior style, code compliance, and anything else essential to deliver ready-to-build drawings. If you offer architecture in-house or have a reliable design partner, let me know.
