Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect & Developer Project Overview We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect/Developer to implement a production-ready Operations Hub using Microsoft 365. The solution will support operational management across a multi-site organisation providing accommodation and support services throughout Ireland. This is not a simple SharePoint project. We have already completed significant business analysis, process mapping and system design. We require an experienced consultant to validate the architecture, recommend improvements where appropriate and build the solution to a production standard. The successful consultant will work from an existing specification and collaborate on refining the final architecture before implementation. Technologies * Microsoft 365 * SharePoint Online * Microsoft Lists * Power Apps (Canvas) * Power Automate * Power BI * Microsoft Teams The solution should use standard Microsoft 365 functionality wherever practical. Premium licensing should only be recommended where there is a clear technical justification. Project Scope The Operations Hub will become the organisation’s primary operational management platform. Version 1 will include: * Case Management * Mobile Data Collection * Appointments & Visits * Communications * Follow-Up Actions * Expense Management * Executive Reporting * Client Reporting * Dashboards * Document Management * Role-Based Security * Audit Trails The platform has been designed to expand into additional operational modules including: * Health & Safety * Risk Assessments * Safety Statements * HACCP * Security Operations * Training & Competency * HR * Property Management * Compliance * Executive Intelligence Responsibilities * Review and validate the proposed solution architecture. * Recommend improvements to simplify administration and improve scalability. * Build SharePoint Online architecture. * Develop Power Apps. * Develop Power Automate workflows. * Build Power BI dashboards. * Configure permissions and security. * Develop automated reporting. * Produce technical documentation. * Support testing and deployment. Essential Experience Applicants must demonstrate previous experience delivering Microsoft Power Platform solutions including: * SharePoint Online architecture * Power Apps Canvas Apps * Power Automate * Power BI * Microsoft Lists * Microsoft Teams integration * Mobile-first applications * Role-based security * Workflow automation Experience designing operational management or case management systems is highly desirable. Preferred Experience Experience working within one or more of the following sectors would be advantageous: * Social Care * Healthcare * Emergency Accommodation * Housing * Local Government * Facilities Management * Highly regulated environments Deliverables The successful consultant will provide: * Final solution architecture * SharePoint configuration * Power Apps * Power Automate workflows * Power BI dashboards * Technical documentation * Administrator documentation * User Acceptance Testing support * Handover documentation Project Details * Fixed-price preferred * Remote working * Existing design documentation will be supplied * Long-term support may be available following implementation When applying, please include: * Examples of similar Microsoft Power Platform projects. * Relevant Microsoft certifications. * Estimated timeframe. * Fixed-price estimate (or phased estimate). * Details of your experience with scalable SharePoint and Power Platform solutions.
