We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 and Intune freelancer to help us troubleshoot and manage application deployments. Our devices are enrolled through Microsoft Intune (work/school account enrolment), where users receive company policies, applications, and configurations automatically. While most policies are working correctly, we're experiencing issues with deploying some applications. The applications include: Sentinel One EDR Qualys Nord Pass Fathom (and similar applications) We need someone who can: Package applications into .intunewin format. Create and configure Win32 app deployments. Configure detection rules, requirement rules, and return codes. Create or modify installation and uninstallation scripts (PowerShell/Batch if required). Troubleshoot failed installations on client devices. Review Intune logs and identify deployment issues. Ensure applications are deployed successfully and consistently through Intune. Provide guidance on best practices for future application deployments. We're looking for someone with proven experience in: Microsoft Intune / Microsoft Endpoint Manager Win32 app packaging (.intunewin) PowerShell scripting Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) Intune application deployment and troubleshooting This may start as a one-time engagement but could become ongoing work for future app packaging and Intune support if everything goes well.
