We are looking for an experienced Freelance Microsoft Power Platform Developer to design and develop a mobile and web-based approval workflow application using Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint (or Dataverse, if required). The application should be accessible on Android/iOS mobile devices as well as laptops/desktops and should provide a simple, user-friendly interface with proper approval tracking, notifications, document management, and audit history. Proposed Workflow Requester submits Air Freight Request ↓ System auto-generates Request Number ↓ Initial PDF copy generated ↓ Email sent to Requester and Logistics Department with PDF ↓ Approval request sent to HOD ↓ HOD Approves/Rejects and enters remarks ↓ Updated PDF generated ↓ Email sent to Requester, HOD and Logistics Department ↓ If approved, request forwarded to Director ↓ Director Approves/Rejects and enters remarks ↓ If approved, Docusign digital signature initiated ↓ Final approved PDF generated ↓ Final PDF emailed to Requester, HOD, Logistics Department and Director ↓ Logistics Department processes the shipment ↓ After completion, Logistics closes the request ↓ Closure email sent to Requester, HOD and Director Key Functional Requirements Mobile application (Android & iOS) and responsive web application. Secure login with role-based access (Requester, HOD, Director, Logistics, Admin). Automatic Request Number generation. Dynamic electronic form with validations. PDF generation after each approval stage. Multi-level approval workflow. Email notifications and reminders at every stage. Approval/Rejection with remarks. Complete audit trail and status tracking. Dashboard for pending, approved, rejected, and closed requests. Attachment upload facility (supporting documents if required). Integration with Docusign for digital signatures (if approved). Administrative panel for workflow configuration and user management. Capability for future enhancements and additional workflows. Information Required from Freelancer :- Kindly share the following details: His experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365. Similar workflow or approval applications developed earlier (preferably with screenshots or demo). Experience with Docusign integration. Experience integrating with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Dynamics, etc.). Estimated development timeline for the above workflow. Commercial proposal (fixed cost or hourly rate). Post-implementation support and bug-fix policy. Microsoft licensing recommendations, if any (Power Apps Premium, Power Automate Premium, etc.). Freelancer preferred mode of working (remote) and availability. We are currently evaluating the Microsoft Power Platform for this requirement and are looking for an experienced resource who can guide us on the most suitable architecture, licensing, and development approach while delivering a scalable and maintainable solution.
