I currently maintain a hand-coded PHP/HTML/JavaScript website, but every small edit forces me back into the code. I want the whole site rebuilt on WordPress so I can update it visually with Elementor and extend it later with any standard plugins. Scope of work • Create or adapt a lightweight, responsive theme that mirrors the present layout, colours and page structure. • Rebuild every page inside Elementor, transferring all text, images, menus and any custom JS/CSS so nothing is lost. • Ensure interactive features function exactly as before, only now managed through WordPress widgets or shortcodes. • Configure security hardening, caching and routine backups for a hassle-free hand-over. • Provide a brief how-to so I can edit pages, sections and menus myself without touching code. Acceptance The site should look and behave like the original, load quickly on desktop and mobile, and be 100 % editable in Elementor. Once I can replace a heading, swap an image and publish the change without code, the job is done. Please include a timeline, any similar migrations you have completed, and notes on how you will keep URLs intact during the switch.
