I have a set of ground and aerial clips showcasing a commercial property that need to be shaped into a sleek marketing piece. The finished video should run 60–90 seconds and feel minimalist and clean: straight, purposeful cuts, gentle transitions, subtle colour correction and balanced audio—no flashy effects or over-the-top graphics. A quiet royalty-free music bed and simple lower-thirds for key facts (square footage, leasing contact) will be enough. I’ll share the raw 4K footage via Google Drive the moment we kick off. I prefer you work in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve or an equivalent professional NLE—whatever lets you colour-grade accurately and export both a wide 4K H.264 file and a vertical 1080×1920 version for social media. Please include a detailed project proposal when you reply. Outline your workflow, software, turnaround time and any ideas you have for keeping the look clean yet engaging. Links to one or two relevant edits are welcome but the proposal itself is the key evaluation point. Deliverables: • First cut within three calendar days • One revision round • Final exports: 4K (3840×2160) and vertical 1080×1920, H.264 I’m ready to start as soon as I review the proposals and choose the right editor.
