I need a fully responsive website built with plain HTML, CSS, and vanilla JavaScript. The site will include four core pages—Home, About, Services, and Contact—and must follow a minimalist, clean design aesthetic that feels modern on both desktop and mobile. Core expectations • Code must be hand-written (no site builders) and easy for me to maintain. • Mobile-first layout that gracefully scales up to large screens. • Fast-loading assets, semantic markup, and organized CSS. • Cross-browser consistency (latest Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). • Delivery within 5 calendar days from project start, zipped project folder plus a brief “how to update” note. Home: eye-catching hero section with subtle animations. About: concise profile section with image and text blocks. Services: modular cards I can later duplicate or reorder. Contact: simple form that validates in JavaScript and sends to my email via a lightweight script (you may use Fetch or a minimal PHP handler). I will provide logo, copy, and any brand colors on award; you supply royalty-free placeholder images if needed. Code comments in English, please, so I can follow the logic after hand-off.
