I need a brand-new WordPress site that does one thing perfectly: issue and track purchase order numbers. The landing page must be ultra-lightweight, loading almost instantly, and present a clean “Request for PO#” form with five fields (equipment, supplier, item, cost, requester email). When the user hits Send, the site emails the form data to a fixed group of reviewers. Each email contains secure Approve / Reject links; the first person to click Approve should trigger three actions simultaneously: • Assign the next sequential PO number, starting at 10 000 and incrementing by one for every approved request. • Email that PO number, along with the original form details, back to the requester. • Forward the same information to a separate archive address for record-keeping. The entire workflow—submission, notification delivery, and approval response—has to feel instantaneous, so please optimise both the theme and any plug-ins for speed. I’m happy with a minimalist aesthetic; no heavy page builders, just lean code that’s easy to maintain. Acceptance criteria 1. WordPress site installed on my host with SSL and basic hardening. 2. Splash page matches the described layout and posts data via HTTPS. 3. Email notifications reach all reviewers consistently; approve / reject links work from desktop and mobile mail clients. 4. Auto-generated PO numbers remain consecutive even under simultaneous submissions. 5. Admin area lets me edit the reviewer list and the archive address without touching code. 6. Page-load time under one second on GTmetrix (standard connection). Please build with widely supported plug-ins or a lightweight custom plug-in so future updates stay painless, and include a brief setup document once everything is live.
