I’m preparing an indoor-golf-simulator build-out in Independence, Missouri and I need a Missouri-licensed design professional to produce a complete, permit-ready drawing set. The city will not accept the package unless it carries a current Missouri registration seal, so please respond only if you can stamp the documents yourself. Scope The project is a tenant finish in an existing commercial shell. Your drawings must capture the interior layout—with hitting bays, viewing lounge, storage, and service counter—and show all associated electrical circuitry for simulators, lighting, and general power. HVAC is handled separately, but electrical coordination notes for equipment loads are still required. Codes Everything must align with local building ordinances and current Missouri accessibility standards; I will supply any municipal checklists the moment we start. Deliverables (PDF + CAD + signed/sealed sheets) • Cover sheet with code data and project information • Dimensioned floor plan and reflected ceiling plan highlighting the simulator zones • Electrical power and lighting plans, panel schedules, and load calcs • Interior elevations and finish legend adequate for plan review • Accessibility diagrams for restrooms and primary customer paths • General notes, details, and any revisions needed until the permit is issued I already have base building CAD files and a rough concept layout to speed things up. Once engaged, I’d like the first draft within two weeks and I’ll handle city comments in real time with you until approval.
