I have a collection of spreadsheets that hold a blend of text and numeric fields, and I need every record transferred accurately into our central database. The information arrives already structured in rows and columns, yet I still rely on you to double-check each value, flag obvious inconsistencies, and keep the original formatting logic intact while you populate the database tables. You will be working directly in our web-based data-entry interface, so familiarity with spreadsheet shortcuts (Excel / Google Sheets) and a steady eye for detail are essential. I will share a short style guide that explains field naming conventions, accepted date formats, and the validation rules built into the form; once you are comfortable with those, the task flows quickly. Acceptance criteria • 100 % of the rows from the supplied spreadsheets appear in the database with no missing fields. • Text strings match the source exactly; numeric values retain their precision. • Any anomalies or duplicate entries are noted in a separate comment column before submission. When you finish, export a confirmation report from the system so I can cross-check totals at a glance. If you are meticulous, responsive, and can turn around the first batch promptly, we can continue with the next sets scheduled for import.
