Deploy Existing Mobile App to Google Play Store + Connect Admin Panel & Hosting (NO new development) IMPORTANT: The mobile app and admin panel are ALREADY FULLY BUILT. Do NOT bid to redesign or rebuild anything. This job is ONLY deployment, publishing, and linking. Project details and app name will be shared with the selected freelancer after NDA. WHAT EXISTS ALREADY: - A complete two-role mobile app built with Expo / React Native (Expo SDK 54), backend FastAPI (Python) + MongoDB Atlas, currently hosted on an AI app-building platform - A separate web admin panel project (same stack) sharing the same MongoDB database - Google Play Console developer account (approved), app created, store listing in progress - Domain purchased on GoDaddy SCOPE OF WORK (deployment only): 1. GOOGLE PLAY PUBLISHING - Produce the release .aab via EAS Build (production profile, correct applicationId, EAS-managed release keystore) - Provide the release keystore SHA-256 (needed for a maps SDK registration) - Upload to Play Console internal testing → closed testing → production rollout - Complete/verify remaining Play Console requirements with me: Data Safety form, content rating, app access (test credentials for OTP login), privacy policy link - Get the app APPROVED and LIVE on Play Store 2. ADMIN PANEL LINKING + HOSTING - Deploy the web admin panel to a subdomain of my domain (SSL required) - Landing/marketing site on the main domain - Confirm the admin panel and mobile app read/write the SAME MongoDB Atlas database in real time - Set CORS, environment variables/secrets correctly and SECURELY (no credentials in code or chat — secrets via env config only) - Advise whether to keep current hosting or migrate backend to my own server/VPS; if migration is agreed, execute without breaking the mobile app 3. HANDOVER - Document every credential location, build command, and deployment step so I can repeat releases myself - Walk me through publishing one app update end-to-end REQUIREMENTS: - Proven experience with Expo/EAS Build + Google Play publishing (show at least 2 apps you've published) - Experience with FastAPI/Python deployment, MongoDB Atlas, DNS/SSL setup - Must sign an NDA before project details are shared; production secrets stay under my control - Clear communication in English/Hindi; milestone-based payment only DELIVERABLES: App live on Play Store + admin panel live on my subdomain + landing page on my domain + everything connected to one database + handover documentation.
