I need a complete, purpose-built CRM that streamlines every step of my floor-care operation. On the web side, a secure CMS must let me create and manage Customers, Estimates, Jobs (including easy repeat scheduling), Invoices, Technicians, and a calendar that shows each crew’s workload day-by-day. From any job record I should be able to upload and store before / during / after photos, attach a Service Agreement, and—when the customer approves—convert the signed Estimate directly into a new Job. Customer Communication Tools are essential: the system has to send email updates automatically and support in-app messaging so field staff and office staff stay in sync without juggling extra platforms. For the field, I need companion apps for both iOS and Android. Technicians will log in, see their scheduled jobs, capture photos, obtain electronic signatures on Estimates and on job completion, and mark tasks done in real time; all changes must sync instantly to the web dashboard.
