I have rough sketches for a compact three-unit apartment building—roughly 1,600 sq ft in total, with each unit mirrored and a generous utility room off the rear corridor. The look I’m after is clean, modern, and warm, with wood called out as the key finish wherever structure or detailing is shown. What I need now is a full, drawing set that is ready to go to my engineer and covers: • Dimensioned floor plans (all three units are identical) • Exterior elevations • Roof plan • Foundation layout with footings, slab specs, and notes for local code compliance • Framing/structural plans (floor, wall, and roof) ready for an engineer’s stamp if required Please base everything on the sketches I’ll supply, refining them for accuracy, buildability, and clarity. All drawings should be produced in AutoCAD or Revit and delivered as both editable files and print-ready PDFs. I’ll be available for quick feedback during the drafting phase, and the final package will be considered complete once dimensions align with the sketches, the wood finishes are clearly annotated, and the sheet set is export-ready for city submission.
