I’m launching a small business site and need a developer who can deliver a modern, sleek presence built entirely with custom HTML / CSS—no WordPress or Wix. The build is straightforward: five core pages (Home, About, Services, Portfolio, Contact) that look and perform flawlessly on desktop, tablet, and mobile. Speed and on-page SEO must be considered from the first line of code so the finished site scores well on Google Lighthouse. Key elements I expect: • Fully responsive layout, optimised for fast load times • Clean, semantic markup ready for search-engine crawling • Contact form with server-side validation and spam protection • Admin panel that lets me handle user management, content updates, and an at-a-glance analytics dashboard I’m happy to provide brand colours, copy, and imagery as soon as we start.
