I'm seeking a comprehensive design for a modern 6-unit shopping center. This project requires all necessary drawings, including: - Building and site plans - Parking layouts - Landscaping with green spaces and lawns Additionally, the design should incorporate essential systems: electrical, plumbing, and HVAC and all other lease space construction Ideal Skills and Experience: - Expertise in modern architectural design - Proficiency in creating detailed building and site plans - Knowledge in integrating electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems - Experience in landscape design, particularly with green spaces and lawns Please provide samples of previous work and a detailed project timeline. The attachment "Building Layout" is more of what I prefer and the other attachment is a site plan a local design person drew up and I included it so you can see property lines, easements and setbacks.
