I have four separate business reports ready to publish and I need a matching set of cover images that instantly communicate professionalism while keeping a fresh, modern look. Each cover should feel part of the same family yet remain distinct enough for readers to tell the documents apart at a glance. Scope of work • Design four high-resolution cover images sized for standard print and screen (CMYK A4 plus a web-optimised RGB version). • A modern, sleek visual style is essential—clean lines, balanced negative space and a strong, contemporary colour palette. • The mood must stay firmly in the business realm: think polished corporate aesthetics rather than playful or overly abstract art. • Reserve space on each design for me to drop in the final report title, subtitle, author name and date. Deliverables 1. Editable source files (AI or PSD) with well-named layers. 2. Exported PDF (print) and PNG/JPEG (web) versions for each cover. 3. A brief style note listing fonts and colour values so I can maintain consistency across future materials. Acceptance criteria • Consistent grid alignment and margin safety across all four covers. • Print files pass a pre-flight check for 300 dpi, CMYK & bleed. • Web versions weigh under 1 MB each without visible quality loss.
