I’m ready to refresh both my front and back yards with a cohesive modern look. What I need from you is a complete landscape design package that I can hand directly to my installer. Scope • A clean, contemporary layout for the front yard that complements the façade of the house. • A seamless transition to the backyard, where the focal point will be a 14' × 14' gazebo connected to the existing back patio by an elegant, well-lit walkway. • Thoughtfully placed pathways and comfortable outdoor seating areas that feel integrated rather than added-on. Planting Guidelines Please rely on native, low-maintenance, drought-resistant plants throughout. I want an attractive garden that looks good year-round but keeps water use and upkeep to a minimum. Deliverables 1. Scaled site plan (front and back) showing hardscape, softscape, and structures. 2. Planting schedule with botanical and common names, quantities, and size at install. 3. Hardscape specifications: materials, dimensions, and finish recommendations for paths, patio tie-ins, and gazebo surrounds. 4. 2–3 rendered perspective views so I can visualize the finished spaces. 5. A brief maintenance guideline focused on pruning, seasonal tasks, and irrigation needs. I already have accurate property measurements; I’ll provide the CAD file or PDF upon project start. If you prefer designing in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, or another platform, that’s fine—just be sure final drawings are delivered in PDF plus one editable format. I’d like the first concept within a week and final revisions wrapped up shortly after.
