I’m ready to move from structural plans to a striking street-facing presence and need a designer who can craft a modern elevation for my ground-plus-three building. I want the façade language to be unmistakably contemporary, leaning heavily on glass and steel treatments for a light, sleek look. You’ll translate the existing floor plans and massing into an exterior concept, refine it through a couple of feedback rounds, and supply: • 2–3 high-resolution perspective renders that convey materiality and daylight behavior • Detailed front, side and rear elevation drawings with dimensions and material call-outs suitable for my local architect to integrate into the working set • A basic color and material schedule so procurement stays on track Please work in the software you’re most comfortable with—SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or a similar professional tool—as long as the final files are exportable to DWG or PDF. My priority is a clean, modern aesthetic that makes the most of glass and steel; help me fine-tune proportions, sunshades and joint lines so the building feels cohesive from every angle.
