Modern Hospital Elevation Design

I am finalizing a small-scale hospital and now need a striking exterior elevation that feels unmistakably modern. The structural drawings are ready; what is missing is the façade concept that will give the building its identity and help patients feel welcome from the street. My brief in a nutshell • Style: Modern—clean lines, balanced massing and a contemporary presence. • Preferred materials: a mix of glass, concrete and metal. I picture generous glazing framed by sleek concrete planes, with metal accents to add definition and durability. • Essential features: expansive windows that flood the wards with light and a clearly visible hospital signage band that integrates neatly into the façade. Balconies or terraces are not mandatory, but I am open to subtle cantilevered elements if they enhance the design without cluttering it. Scope of work 1. Develop at least two distinct elevation concepts rendered in color (front and one side). 2. Refine the chosen option into detailed high-resolution 3D visuals suitable for presentation to city authorities and stakeholders. 3. Supply editable source files (SketchUp/Revit/3ds Max or similar) along with PDF/JPEG outputs. 4. Provide a brief material palette board that shows glass tint, concrete finish and metal specification so the contractor can price accurately. Acceptance criteria • The glazing–solid ratio must comply with our local energy code (details provided after award). • Signage area must remain readable from 40 m. • Final files should align perfectly with the given CAD floor plans and levels. I will share the DWG plans, site photographs and branding guidelines right after kickoff. Turnaround of five to seven days works best for our schedule, with two feedback rounds included. Looking forward to a façade concept that turns a functional building into a memorable landmark.
