I am completing a G + 2 boutique hotel—11 guest rooms, each with its own washroom, and a welcoming reception on the ground floor. The entire property will follow a modern aesthetic anchored in calm, neutral tones. What I need now is a complete interior concept for the guest rooms and reception area. Space planning, furniture layouts, lighting strategy, finishes, and décor selections should all speak the same visual language: streamlined forms, understated palettes, and subtle textural contrasts that convey comfort without sacrificing style. The washrooms are already structurally defined, so they only need to harmonise with the broader concept; detailed washroom design is not required. Please develop: • Mood boards and colour palettes that demonstrate the neutral-toned modern feel • Scaled floor plans with furniture and lighting placements for every room type and the reception • Two to three 3-D visualisations or high-quality renders per space to communicate the final look • A concise materials and FF&E schedule (codes, finishes, indicative suppliers) so I can take the next procurement steps confidently All files should be delivered in editable formats (PDF + source files—SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD or equivalent) alongside high-resolution images for presentation. A design will be considered accepted once it: 1. Aligns with the specified modern, neutral palette 2. Maintains consistency between guest rooms and reception 3. Complies with ergonomic standards for hospitality (adequate circulation, luggage storage, accessible plug points) 4. Is presented with clear documentation as outlined above. I will provide existing architectural drawings and photographs immediately after project kickoff, and I’m happy to answer any site-specific questions quickly so you can meet the agreed timeline.
