The project involves producing a complete 2-D floor plan for a modern-style residence that will accommodate at least four bedrooms. Along with room layout, the drawing must factor in core structural elements—column grid, beam spans, wall thicknesses, and preliminary foundation notes—so I can take it straight to an engineer for final sizing and permitting. Key deliverables I will need: • Scaled 2-D floor plan (PDF + DWG) showing room dimensions, door/window placements, and circulation. • Separate structural overlay identifying load-bearing walls, column positions, beam directions, and suggested slab or footing layout. •multiple revision round after my review to fine-tune room sizes or structural alignment. • A short written summary highlighting any design assumptions and the structural logic you applied. The lot dimensions, local code references, and any additional site constraints will be supplied once we begin. Feel free to recommend creative space-saving ideas that stay true to a clean modern aesthetic rather than traditional or ranch alternatives. Drawings should be clear enough for a structural engineer to build upon and for a contractor to price. CAD workflow (AutoCAD, Revit, or compatible) is preferred for easy edits down the line.
