I’m looking for a skilled exterior designer who can translate my vision of a sleek, modern look into clear, build-ready plans for both the house façade and the adjoining courtyard. Scope of work • Develop a cohesive exterior concept that embraces a Modern aesthetic and highlights concrete as the primary cladding material. • Provide façade elevations with material callouts, basic lighting suggestions, and color palette guidance. • Design the courtyard layout, integrating generous greenery and plants plus a comfortable seating area that ties visually to the house exterior. • Supply 2-3 rendered perspectives (day and evening) so I can visualize the final result from key angles. • Include dimensioned drawings or annotations sufficient for my builder and landscaper to follow. What will help you succeed I can share current floorplans and site photos once we start. Feel free to recommend complementary accents—e.g., subtle steel trim or glass balustrades—if they enhance the modern concrete theme.
