I am redesigning a four-apartment mini hotel and want every space to feel fresh, welcoming, and distinctly modern. The goal is a comfortable stay for short-term guests rather than an overtly luxurious or purely budget focus—think clean lines, warm textures, and practical layouts that encourage relaxation after a day of travel or work. Priority zones • Living rooms • Bedrooms • Bathrooms Within these areas I will need: – A cohesive colour palette and materials board that can be replicated across all four units – Scaled furniture layouts with clear traffic flow (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) – Lighting plans that balance ambience with energy efficiency – Key fixture and furniture selections that are easy to source locally or online – Styling guidance so housekeeping can reset rooms quickly while preserving the designed look Please include at least one round of revisions after the initial concept presentation and supply final files in both editable (DWG, SKP, or PSD) and PDF formats. Photo-realistic renders are a plus but not mandatory if your drawings communicate the concept clearly. I will provide existing floor plans, dimensions, and a few reference photos once we start.
