I’m looking to launch a modern, responsive portfolio site that showcases our company at a glance while staying extremely easy for my non-technical staff to run day-to-day. Scope of the build The site will be a Portfolio-type website with a clean, contemporary feel. Core pages must include About Us, Projects and Contact Information. I also need our Google Business Profile displayed seamlessly and the ability to run Google Ads from day one. What I expect at delivery • Fully functional live website, mobile-friendly and SEO-ready, domain • All requested sections populated with placeholder or supplied copy and images • Create and link Google Business Profile embedded or linked in a way that is consistent with Google guidelines • Basic Google Ads account or campaign set up so I can switch it on immediately Step-by-step operations handbook Alongside the site, I need a plain-English manual (PDF or shared document) that walks me through: 1. Logging in and editing any text, image or project entry 2. Clearing or refreshing the site cache and when to do it 3. Performing routine updates or backups without breaking layouts 4. Adjusting or pausing Google Ads campaigns 5. Any other maintenance tasks specific to the chosen platform Please propose the platform you feel best meets these goals (for example WordPress, Webflow, or another solution) and outline any plugins, themes or tools you plan to use so I can approve them before development starts. Clear, well-commented code and an intuitive admin interface are essential because the handover guide must match the live setup exactly. Timeline and handoff I’d like to move quickly once we agree on the tech stack. At the end I’ll test the site against the manual; payment completes when every step works as documented and the site passes a basic speed and responsive check.
