I want a sleek, up-to-date letterhead that instantly signals quality whenever our correspondence lands on a client’s desk. The overall look must be modern—clean lines, balanced white space, and typography that feels current yet professional. You will be working with three key elements I provide: our company logo, full mailing address, and a short row of social-media icons with links. If you feel a subtle graphic accent or color wash will enhance the layout, propose it; I’m open to tasteful creativity as long as the result stays refined and uncluttered. Deliverables • Print-ready PDF (CMYK, 300 dpi) • Editable template in Microsoft Word (preferred) or Google Docs • High-resolution source file (AI, PSD, or InDesign) with all layers unlocked Acceptance criteria – Consistent placement of logo, address, and social icons across print and digital versions – Margins and bleed set correctly for standard A4 and US Letter – All fonts either outlined or linked to free/embedded files – Final files pass a quick test print without color shifts or cropping issues Once the first draft is ready, I’ll supply swift feedback so we can refine and wrap up quickly.
