I’m building a complete online presence for my recruitment agency and need the full site + admin panel developed from scratch. The public-facing side must feel clean and minimalist, load quickly on any device, and guide three audiences—candidates, employers, and blog readers—without clutter. Site map & must-have screens • Home, About Us, Services, Jobs, Employers, Candidates, Blogs, Contact, Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions Core functionality • Job board with posting, search filters, and “apply now” flow • Candidate accounts: email-and-password OR Google / Facebook login, profile, résumé upload (PDF/Doc) • Employer accounts: same dual-auth choice, vacancy management, candidate shortlist view • Blog engine with categories, tags, and featured images • Global contact form routed to admin email • SEO-friendly URLs, meta tags, and schema; Google Analytics & social share icons embedded Admin dashboard • Centralised job, candidate, employer, blog, and enquiry managers • Role-based user management • Real-time stats plus the selected extra feature: Advanced reporting and analytics (conversion rates, source tracking, vacancy performance) Performance & quality targets (acceptance criteria) • Fully responsive (Chrome DevTools device bar shows no layout breaks) • Core Web Vitals “good” on PageSpeed Insights for Home & Jobs pages • All account and form actions trigger confirmation emails via SMTP or API • Cleanly written code, clear README, and one-click deploy instructions (Docker or shared hosting are both fine) Please deliver the complete source code, SQL/schema exports, and a brief admin guide so I can manage the site internally once it goes live.
