I’m creating a two-storey, modern-rustic home and need a complete architectural design package. The look I have in mind blends contemporary lines with warm, rustic accents, all wrapped in a sturdy brick exterior and finished with a concrete roof. Key layout notes • Ground level: open-plan living area that flows onto a 5 m-deep patio facing the pool, plus a full-size bedroom and bath. • Upper level: second bedroom and adjoining living space, each opening to a generous terrace that overlooks the pool. Indoor–outdoor continuity is critical on both floors. I’ll supply site dimensions and any local code information as soon as we start. In return I’m looking for: • Scaled floor plans and elevations (PDF + editable source) • 3D exterior and interior renderings that clearly show the modern-rustic, brick-and-concrete aesthetic • A simple materials schedule listing primary finishes and colours Everything must reflect the brick façade, concrete roofing, and the clean yet cosy modern-rustic style described above. Please include a realistic timeline and note which software you’ll use (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, etc.) so I can ensure compatibility with my builder’s workflow.
