My existing desktop app works well functionally, yet its look and feel clearly show its age. I want to give the entire interface a clean, up-to-date makeover inspired by Google’s Material Design guidelines while preserving almost all of the current workflows underneath. Scope of work • Audit every screen and component in the current build. • Propose a contemporary Material Design treatment—updated color palette, typography, motion, and iconography—so the product feels cohesive and fresh. • Provide a light documentation file that explains states, spacing, and any animation cues so hand-off to my developer is smooth. Although Material Design is my reference point, I’m open to touches of Flat Design or something custom if it strengthens the overall experience, so feel free to recommend creative twists. Deliverables 1. High-fidelity UI mock-ups for every existing screen (mobile and, if present, tablet breakpoints). 2. Exportable assets and style guide. 3. Prototype link showing basic interactions. Acceptance criteria • Visual consistency across all screens. • Maintain existing user flows; no functionality should disappear. • Assets delivered in agreed formats and ready for development hand-off. Tell me how many screens you expect, what tools you’ll use, and a rough timeline for first look, revisions, and final files. Let’s make this app look as good as it works!
