I’m ready to commission a full-stack SaaS platform tailored to the fragrance industry. The first milestone revolves around a robust supply-chain management core: real-time inventory tracking, end-to-end order management, seamless supplier integration, and a secure payments management layer. Everything needs to speak to one another through clean REST or GraphQL APIs so future distributors or 3PL partners can plug in without friction. The platform must be modular, serving as a comprehensive tool suite for clients with no prior fragrance industry experience. Beyond supply-chain management, it should integrate tools for branding, catalog uploads for packaging and bottle designs, and allow seamless integration with third-party services like Shopify. A CMS (Content Management System) is essential for managing content efficiently. Once the supply-chain spine is solid, we’ll expand into ecommerce. I want merchants to spin up “Shopify-style” storefront accounts in minutes, manage their product catalog, push updates to a polished listing page, guide customers through an intuitive cart and checkout flow, and collect verified reviews and ratings that feed back into product analytics. An AI tool suite sits on top of these two pillars. Think branding suggestions, bottle and packaging design generators, automated campaign copy, and data-driven marketing triggers—each powered by a mix of ready-made models and any custom fine-tuning you recommend. Key deliverables: • Modular architecture allowing easy upgrades and integrations with third-party services • Supply-chain module (inventory, orders, suppliers, payments) working in production • Merchant portal with catalog, checkout, and reviews live • AI micro-services for branding, design, and marketing callable via API • Clean documentation and brief hand-off session I’m technology-agnostic as long as the stack is scalable (Node/Python/Go back-end, React/Vue/Next front-end, or your preferred modern equivalent) and the codebase is well-tested, containerised, and CI/CD ready.
