I’m looking for someone who can keep my local gardens neat on a regular schedule. The work is strictly maintenance and care—no design, planting, or hard-landscaping projects. Your focus will be monthly lawn mowing and precise edging around paths, beds, and borders so everything stays sharp between visits. You’ll need to bring your own well-maintained mower, edging tools, and any fuel or safety gear required. After each session all clippings should be collected and either taken away or placed in my green-waste bin; pathways and patios must be blown clear before you leave. I keep a simple calendar: one visit every four weeks, ideally on the same weekday each month so we can both plan ahead. Reliability is crucial—if bad weather forces a delay, I expect prompt rescheduling within a few days. Deliverables (per monthly visit): • Mow all turf areas evenly • Edge along sidewalks, driveways, garden beds, and fence lines • Remove or contain all grass clippings and debris • Quick visual check for any obvious lawn issues to flag with me If you’re experienced, insured, and can start this coming month, please tell me about similar clients you service, the equipment you use, and your proposed monthly rate.
