I want to turn my YouTube comments section into a lively hub of conversation. Each month I’ll run a comment competition whose single purpose is to increase engagement, measured by a clear rise in thoughtful feedback on every new upload. More comments—not just quick emojis or “first!” replies—are the success metric, so the system has to encourage viewers to leave real opinions, questions, and ideas I can act on. Here’s what I need help with: • A repeatable contest framework that fits YouTube’s policy guidelines and can roll over month after month. • Punchy copy for video descriptions, pinned comments, Community posts, and end-screen cues that clearly invite viewers to join the contest. • A simple rules & T &C sheet covering eligibility, prize delivery, and winner selection, written in plain language. • A lightweight tracking method—Google Sheets or a similar tool—that pulls data from YouTube Studio so I can see comment volume and spot the winner at month end. • A brief hand-off guide so I can manage or tweak the process myself after the first run.
