I need a clean, responsive website that centres on a loan calculator. The calculator must give visitors an immediate monthly payment estimate once they enter loan amount, term, and interest rate. Beyond that core tool, the site should: • Display a clearly-visible link that directs users to ARIVE. • Offer a secure workflow that lets borrowers pull their own credit report in real time (any standard credit-report API is fine as long as it can be white-labelled). The calculator, ARIVE link, and credit pull must all sit seamlessly on the same site, branded for a small-business mortgage-lending shop. Please build with performance and mobile usability in mind, and deliver both the deployed site and source files ready for easy content edits later. The photo I included in this may end up being edited a little, but I wanted something relaxing and elegant like this in the center of the first page with a column on each side, and I have the unedited verbiage for everything. I do not have everything in my photos where I can upload it here. I will include some snapshots. I can fill it in if you can get the layout started. On the left side general mortgage information, on the right side of the picture, a little personal information on myself and my past experience and a small photo of myself at the bottom. Nexa lending has certain requirements I can include after we see if we are going to move forward with this. I know this is easier said in a phone call and this texting is not going to make much sense.
