I need a complete WhatsApp Business API workflow built directly inside my BotChat account (chat.botai.in). You will receive team-member access and must work exclusively on that platform—no external tools or local builds. Languages The flow has to switch seamlessly between English and Hindi based on the user’s preference or detected language. Core automations Our audience expects quick, personalized answers on three fronts: • Product recommendations that guide shoppers toward the right SKU or bundle • Food/Diet guidance for our avian-focused nutrition line • Bird health support that triages common questions before escalating to a human agent Conversation requirements Each of those topics should fire under the correct trigger words or menu taps, collect any needed data (species, age, symptoms, budget, etc.), and then return a tailored response or product link. Where relevant, the bot should hand the chat off to a live rep while passing context through the WhatsApp API so the hand-over feels seamless.
