I need a single partner who can handle three related plating jobs and deliver consistent, verifiable quality across each one. The parts involved are aluminium alloy wheels that must receive a bright nickel-chrome finish, mild-steel strip that needs a reliable nickel layer, and copper wires that call for a nickel-plus-tin deposit. The finishes serve all three classic purposes—eye-catching appearance, long-term corrosion resistance, and dependable electrical conductivity—so any method you propose has to balance these outcomes rather than optimise for just one. Because the parts come from different production lines, I will ship lots separately and expect you to return them with the following in place: • Nickel-chrome on the wheels with show-grade brightness, even coverage in spoke recesses, and no blistering. • Barrel or rack nickel on the MS strip that meets adhesion pull-test requirements and passes a neutral salt-spray benchmark we will agree on. • Nickel plus a tin flash on copper wires delivered on spools, maintaining flexibility without flake-off and keeping resistance change within spec. For every lot I will check: • Thickness at multiple points (XRF or microscopical cross-section). • Adhesion via bend or pull test, depending on the component. • Visual and microscopic uniformity. Please outline your line capacity, pre-treatment steps for aluminium, quality-control instrumentation (XRF, Hull cell, etc.), and the turnaround time you can consistently maintain. Certification to ISO 9001 or any relevant automotive or electrical standard is a plus and should be mentioned if you hold it. If everything lines up, I’m ready to ship a trial batch immediately and move to a longer-term schedule after the first approval run.
